Luckystickz is a Hamilton, Ontario singer-songwriter and steelpan artist blending soulful vocals, Caribbean rhythm and contemporary sound. Rooted in Jamaican and Trinidadian culture, his music brings together R&B, Soca, Dancehall, Gospel and Pop. A Berklee College of Music graduate, he has performed across North America, the Caribbean, Asia and Africa. His catalogue includes Every Day Battle and Housewarming Party, showcasing an artist whose voice, songwriting and steelpan share the same musical world.

Luckystickz lives at the intersection of voice, rhythm and steel.

Rooted in Jamaican and Trinidadian culture and raised in Hamilton, Canada, his music brings together R&B, Soca, Dancehall, Gospel and Pop while placing an instrument rarely heard in contemporary popular music at the centre of his sound: the steelpan.

But the pan is only part of the story. Luckystickz is a singer, songwriter and performer first—using voice, percussion and steel to create music that reflects every piece of who he is.

That journey took Dejehan Hamilton from Hamilton to Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he attended on scholarship and graduated in Music Business/Management. His music and musicianship have since taken him across North America, the Caribbean, Asia and Africa.

His debut EP, Every Day Battle, introduced the foundation of the Luckystickz sound and helped earn him recognition as Vibe 105's “Canadian Come Up Artist.” Housewarming Party continued that story with music built around love, relationships, reflection and finding your way home.

From intimate performances to major stages, the live show brings the records and musicianship together: voice, steel, percussion, movement and audience. Alongside original music and concert performances, the Luckystickz Signature Steelpan Experience brings his musicianship into corporate events, galas, weddings and celebrations.
